1) How long until I receive my order? 

We aim to ship out all orders the next working day, but please allow up to 2 days to dispatch and 2-3 days delivery depending upon your location. Orders over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

2) What are your candles made from?

All of our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax. It is vegan and cruelty free. Click here to find out more.

3) Are your products recyclable?

Everything about our product is recyclable! From our labels to our shipping boxes, everything is either recycled or recyclable, so please take care when disposing of our products. Click here to find out more.

4) How much scent do you use in your candles?

Unlike most high street brands our candles contain 9% to 10% fragrance oil, meaning you get a much better, stronger and longer lasting smell.
